“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.” ― Oscar Wilde

Yoga found me after some time of mere existence. A long time tiptoeing through life leaving no trace, having no shadow. My body, incapable of coping with the frenetic rhythm of my mind, fell every night exhausted into bed. Hours of dreamless sleep. The disconnection between body and mind was so vast that I managed to completely neglect the former whilst nourishing the latter with fabricated truth. Malnourished dictator mind.

I will be forever in owe to that friend who encouraged me to escape my routine for a few days and go on a yoga retreat. I left reluctant and languid; I came back full of life.

Since then I read, write, practice, live, breathe yoga. I graduated from the YTTC RYT200 teacher training programme in 2015 and continue my studies with the objective of transmitting to others all that yoga provides me with day after day.
